By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and pricing

We make reasonable efforts to present products, colors, descriptions, availability and pricing accurately. Screens and lighting may display colors differently. Pigment-dyed garments may have natural variations. We may correct errors, update information or cancel and refund an affected order when information is materially incorrect or an item is unavailable.

Orders

An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and we send confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders reasonably suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing error or unlawful activity. Any required refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom and personalized work

Custom and personalized orders are produced using customer-provided and customer-approved information. You represent that you have the right to submit any names, wording, images or other materials provided to us. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, wording, colors, sizes, quantities and design details. Once approved or in production, these orders are final sale except for our production error or rights that cannot legally be waived.

Intellectual property

The Stirred Word name, logos, original definitions, artwork, photographs, product designs, written content and website materials are owned by or licensed to The Stirred Word and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold or used commercially without written permission. Scripture quotations and third-party marks remain subject to their respective rights.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content for commercial use or use the site in violation of law.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Stirred Word is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from website use or product purchase. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these provisions apply only to the extent legally permitted.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
